Friction can lead to dead zone and hysteresis in steady state and dynamic characteristics of a servo proportional system.Machinery lubrication can reduce the maximum static friction force between servo spool body and chamber,thereby enhance the system response characteristics and improve the control accuracy.The concept of machinery lubrication was introduced and its mechanism was analyzed in detail.A dither circuit of machinery lubrication and the method of its adjustment were introduced to conduct a couple of experiments,whose results verify its application effect in servo proportional system.%摩擦可以使伺服比例系统的稳态和动态特性具有死区和滞环,机械润滑可降低伺服阀阀芯与阀芯腔之间的最大静摩擦力,从而提高伺服比例系统的响应性能及控制精度。通过对机械润滑机理进行分析,对产生机械润滑的颤动电路的设计及其调节进行了介绍,在此基础上还对其在伺服比例系统的应用效果进行了理论分析和试验验证。
