组织间隐性知识流转网络的实证研究

         

摘要

分析了个体在组织间隐性知识流转中的主体作用.从社会网络理论和方法出发,将组织间的隐性知识流转关系作为社会网络进行定性和定量综合分析,以UIC组织间隐性知识流转网络的实证数据为例,对该网络的结构及特征进行测度和分析,揭示了网络的结构特征,并分析了正式和非正式知识交流渠道对隐性知识在组织间流转的不同作用.%The individual's main role in tacit knowledge transfer between organizations was analyzed. Based on social network theory and methods, the relationships of tacit knowledge transfer among members of different organizations were taken as a social network. Tadit knowledge transfer network of UIC as an example was analyzed from both the qualitative and quantitative perspective, the network's structure and characteristics were measured and analyzed, and the effect of its formal and informal transfer channels on tacit knowledge transfer was revealed.
