玻璃混凝土的抗侵蚀性能

         

摘要

Replacing coarse and fine aggregate with the same amount of waste glass,we research the influence of substitution rate and substitution form on the concrete corrosion resistance by measuring the compressive strength of eroded concrete. It is shown that whether it is in the sodium chloride etchant or sodium sulfate solution,the concrete strength increases in diluted solutions and reduces in concentrated solutions, with lower strength decline rate than ordinary concrete. The corrosion coefficients of ordinary concrete, glass coarse aggregate concrete and glass fine aggregate concrete reduce with the soaking solution concentration increasing. In the same solution concentration, the corrosion coefficient of glass coarse aggregate concrete ranks maximum,and ordinary concrete erosion coefficient ranks minimum. Studies have shown that using waste glass to replace concrete coarse and fine aggregates can all improve concrete erosion resistance.%利用废弃玻璃等质量取代混凝土粗、细集料,通过对侵蚀后混凝土抗压强度的测定,研究不同取代率、取代形式对混凝土抗侵蚀性能的影响.试验显示,无论是在氯化钠还是硫酸钠侵蚀溶液下,混凝土强度均呈现低浓度增长,高浓度降低现象;玻璃混凝土强度下降率均低于普通混凝土:普通混凝土、玻璃粗集料混凝土及玻璃细集料混凝土的腐蚀系数均随浸泡溶液浓度的增高而降低,在相同侵蚀浓度下,玻璃细集料混凝土的腐蚀系数最大,普通混凝土的侵蚀系数最小.研究表明,利用废弃玻璃取代混凝土的粗细集料均可提高混凝土的抗侵蚀能力.
