一种新型铁垫板下的弹性垫板

         

摘要

To reduce the stiffness of the fasteners and meet the requirements of high flexibility of ballastless track,a new kind of tie plate under iron sheet,named part bearing groove tie plate,was designed.By using the finite element method and Mooney-Rivlin model of super elastic elements,a calculation model,consisted of the elastic plate,the iron pallet and the concrete bearing,was established,which was used to analyze the impaction by number and size of the vertical and horizontal grooves,Shore A hardness of rubber on the force of tie plates and the elastic plate stiffness.Then,the pad size was determined and the calculated results were compared with the measured data.%为降低扣件的刚度,满足无砟轨道高弹性的要求,设计了一种部分支承沟槽型铁垫板下橡胶垫板。运用有限元方法,利用超弹单元Mooney-Rivlin本构模型,建立了弹性垫板、铁垫板、混凝土支座计算的模型。在满足强度要求的前提下,通过纵向、横向沟槽的数量、尺寸以及橡胶邵氏A硬度来调整橡胶垫板的刚度,分析其对弹性垫板刚度和受力的影响,最终确定垫板尺寸,并用实测数据与计算结果进行比对。
