考虑倒垛情况的场吊调度问题研究

         

摘要

在以往的研究中,场吊调度问题和倒垛调度问题常常被分开进行研究,但是由于倒垛作业实际上是由场吊执行的,因此考虑倒垛的场吊调度方案才是更为合理的优化方案.本文以最小化所有集装箱的完成时间之和以及所有倒垛时间之和为目标,同时决策所有待提集装箱的提取顺序,建立线性整数规划模型,然后分别采用LINGO和粒子群算法对算例进行求解.最后针对算例结果分析发现降低集装箱堆垛高度、增加集装箱列数以及在一个贝位中堆放适量集装箱的方法可以减少倒垛调度,提高集装箱码头作业效率.%In the previous studies,yard crane scheduling issues and the stacking scheduling issue were often studied separately,but stacking was actually performed by yard cranes,so considering stacking with the yard crane scheduling scheme is more reasonable.In this paper,regarding the minimization of work time and the stacking time of all the containers as a goal,while deciding extraction sequence of all the pending containers,and according to the actual situation,an integer linear programming model for this problem was established.Then,the problem was solved respectively by LINGO software and particle swarm optimization.Finally,by the analyzing results of the example,a conclusion was drawn that stacking could be reduced through lowering container stacking height,increasing the number of container's stacked column and putting an appropriate amount of a shell,then the operational efficiency of container terminals was improved.
