超限货物装载方案安全性评价研究

摘要

为保障超限货物的运输安全,本文针对超限货物装载方案安全性评价进行了研究:在考虑超限货物装载安全影响因素的基础上,遵照评价体系的构建原则,建立了包含重车重心高、重心偏移量、超限等级等指标的评价体系.采用极差法对数据进行标准化处理,进而基于灰色关联分析与离差最大化方法,构建了超限货物装载方案安全性评价模型.实例研究结果表明,本文所建立的评价模型能够有效地评价超限货物装载安全性,并能够排除不确定因素与主观因素影响.%For the transportation security of out-of-gauge goods,an evaluation model,concerning the indexes of theheighgravitycenteroftheloadcars,the deflection of gravity center and so on,was build according to the design principle of evaluation system.Then,the extreme difference analysis was used to make data standardization.The grey relational analysis and maximizing deviation methods were applied to the security evaluation model of the out-of-gauge's loading and reinforcement programs.An example indicates that the model can evaluate the security of the out-of-gauge goods' loading and reinforcement programs effectively without the influence of uncertainties and subjective factors.
