普通高校开设瑜伽课程的可行性分析——以皖北普通高校瑜伽为调查对象

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法,在对皖北普通高校瑜伽课程开课整体情况进行调查的基础上,探讨开设此课程的可行性,从而得出在皖北高校普遍开设瑜伽课程是可行的.%The use of literature material method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,and on the basis of grasping overall situations of Yoga courses in Northern Anhui Universities,the paper analyzes the feasibility of offering this course,so as to arrive at the conclusion that the Northern Anhui Universities generally offering Yoga course is feasible.
