Fe40Co40Zr10-xNbxB10(x=0,2,4,6,8,10)alloy strips were prepared by single roller melt-spinning method. The amorphous formation ability and microscopic structure of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction( XRD)and Scanning electron microscope( SEM). The results show that with increas-ing Nb content,amorphous forming ability decreases. When Nb content is 0,2at%,4at% and 6at%, the cross section of samples is complex which is ductile rupture. When Nb content is 8at% and 10at%, the cross section of the samples is smooth which is brittle rupture.%采用单辊快淬法制备Fe40Co40Zr10-xNbxB10(x=0,2,4,6,8,10)合金薄带。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究Fe40Co40Zr10-xNbxB10(x=0,2,4,6,8,10)合金的非晶形成能力和微观结构。结果表明:Nb含量的增加降低了合金的非晶形成能力。未添加Nb和添加Nb含量为2 at%、4 at%、6 at%时表面断裂时形貌比较复杂,为韧性断裂;当合金添加Nb含量为8at%、10at%时样品横断面的(SEM)表面比较光滑,为脆性断裂。
