为破解甘肃、青海、宁夏职业篮球发展难题，探索甘肃、青海、宁夏职业篮球发展的可行性及路径，运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法，就目前甘肃、青海、宁夏职业篮球发展的现状、制约因素、必备条件、经费保障、俱乐部建设、场馆设施建设、发展的机遇条件等方面进行系统的分析研究，结果表明：甘肃、青海、宁夏已经具备了职业篮球发展的基本条件；发展职业篮球俱乐部时机已经成熟；经济基础、篮球竞技水平是制约职业篮球发展的关键因素，启动资金、企业财团参与是影响篮球发展的主要因子。%In order to solve the problems blocking in the way of professional basketball development in Gansu, Qing⁃hai and Ningxia, and explore feasibility and the option of optimum way of it, the paper makes a systematic research for the current situation, the restricted factors, the essential conditions, the funds guarantee mechanism, the construc⁃tion of clubs and stadiums, and the opportunities of the development in these three areas through the methods of doc⁃umentary analysis, questionnaire survey and interviewing experts. The results show that these three provinces have already met the basic conditions to develop professional basketball, the moment of the development of professional basketball club has also come, but the economic foundation and professional basketball athlete's athletics level are the two key factors restricting the development, and start-up capital and the participation of financial groups or en⁃terprises are two major impact-factors.
