社会交换理论、资源基础理论和知识基础理论是学界研究劳动关系和企业绩效之间关系的常用理论基础,但单一的理论基础不能完全揭示劳动关系对企业绩效的作用机制。为此,比较上述三种理论基础各自的研究框架及研究现状,并基于理论整合的视角,构建了劳动关系对企业绩效影响研究的新框架,对于该领域研究具有一定的价值。%Social exchange theory, resource-based view and knowledge-based view are the theoretical principles that scholars usually use to study the relationship of labor relations and enterprises’ performance. But single theoretical principle can’t fully reveal the effect of labor relation on enterprises’ performance. Therefore, the author compares the study framework and status quo of above principles, and establishes a new framework of research on the effect of labor relations on enterprises’ performance, which has a certain value for the research in the fi eld.
