知识论视野下的地方开放大学与开放教育

摘要

Today, the transition from Radio & TV University to Open University is so much unlike those rises around the world after the Second World War. The metamorphosis of epistemology caused by social transformation and changing of knowledge will be highly significant for Open University and open education. The changes come mainly from three aspects, one is Aletheia of scientific feature of knowledge, the second is the change of generating ways of knowledge, the third is the decentralized of knowledge. Local Radio and TV University must give up the educational pattern that caused by traditional Epistemology essentialism, and actively explore the approach roads that adapt social transformation and metamorphosis of epistemology.%广播电视大学向开放大学转型与战后世界范围内开放大学兴起的社会情境炯然相异。知识论嬗演对开放大学建设和开放教育发展产生深远影响。这种变化主要来自知识科学性的去蔽、知识产生途径的变化和知识的去中心化。地方电大应告别传统本质主义知识论主导下的教育模式，积极探索适应社会转型和知识论嬗变情境的地方开放大学教育进路。
