成人英语学习时间管理的问题分析与策略﹡

摘要

Most of the adult learners take advantage of the time of off-work to learn English. Good strategies of time management are an important premise to increase English learning efficiency. In many views, this essay states the adult learners problems to be short of time management and self-confidence to be wrong assessment. The author elaborately illustrates selecting strategies and significances for the adults to control time. In the end, the author suggests us working out time conflicts and learning efficiently.%成人学习者大多是利用工作之余的时间来学习英语，掌握良好的时间管理策略是提高英语学习效率的重要前提。成人学生在英语学习中，缺乏自信心和自我评估，缺乏时间管理观念。成人学习者的英语时间管理可选择的策略及其意义在于要解决时间冲突和高效学习。
