开放教育与网络教育学分互认的现状、问题与对策

         

摘要

The open education and web-based education are two important modern distance education types in China. To explore the credit transfer between them can not only bridge the two kinds of education, but also offer more flexible education opportunity and promote the national credit bank construction. Combining with the project of National continual education learning outcomes certification, accumulation and transfer, the research describes the status of credit transfer between open education and web-based education and analyses the problems. On the basis of that, it provides suggestions for the credit transfer construction, in order to make good example for the national credit bank construction.%探索开放教育和网络教育之间的学分互认不仅能够搭建起两类教育形式之间的有效互通互联方式,为受教育群体提供更加灵活的教育选择机会,同时也能够切实推动国家学分银行的建设进程。结合“国家继续教育学习成果认证、积累与转换制度的研究与实践项目”,分析目前开放教育与网络教育开展学分互认的现状及问题,并提出相关对策,以期能够为国家学分银行的建设提供具体的实施案例和样板。
