地方开放大学建设进程中面临的十大挑战﹡

Shanghai firstly set up the first Shanghai Open University in July, 2010. In July,2012,China formally began the project of Open University construction. The local radio & TV universities face 10 sorts of challenges of running locations, training targets, refreshment’s crises, teacher team,teaching resources and so on.We should bravely face these difficulties, catching up them and build a part of Open Universities with international level.%2010年7月上海首先创办上海开放大学。2012年7月我国正式启动了开放大学建设工程，地方广播电视大学在开放大学转制中面临办学定位、育人目标、生源危机、师资队伍和教学资源等10种挑战。我们必须勇敢面对这些困难，迎头赶上，建设一批具有国际水平的开放大学。
