基于现代学徒制的育人机制研究与实践

摘要

现代学徒制是世界各国技术技能人才培养的重要形式之一，在我国，现代学徒制的条件已经具备并且得到广泛认可。现代学徒制校企合作“六共同”育人策略，克服了学校单一教育与实践分离的弊端，深化了产教融合、校企合作的职业教育内涵，有利于学生职业道德和技术技能的提升。%“Modern apprenticeship”is one of the form of technical skills in the mang countries in the word in our modern apprenticeship conditions have been met and has been widely recognized. This paper proposes a system of modern apprentice-ship school-enterprise cooperation of six co-education strategy to overcome the separation of school education and practice sin-gle malpractice, deepening the integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation in vocational content, will help improve students' professional ethics and technical skills.
