This article adopts twenty No.1 Central Documents issued by the Chinese Central Governmentas the research object.It comprehensive summarizes the evolution track and focus of developmentpolicies on rural governance in No.1 Central Documents,including the following aspects:improvement and implementation of villager autonomy system,construction of grass-roots party organization,rural community construction,promotion of the rural governance diversification and theinnovation of rural governance mechanism.The article concludes that national policies on the developmentof rural governance in the future will likely concentrate on the following tasks,namely,thefurther improving relevant legal governance about rural society,increasing financial support,strengthening the democratic supervision mechanism,innovating the diversification of social governancemechanism,excavating the internal resources of the rural society governance,and formulatingmore preferential policies to encourage and guide young talents to join the rural society governance.%以中央发布的20个"一号文件"为研究对象,全面梳理了"一号文件"有关乡村治理政策的演变轨迹与关注重点,主要包括村民自治制度完善与落实、基层党组织建设、农村社区建设、乡村治理多元化推进、乡村治理机制创新等方面的内容.中国未来的乡村治理政策,应着力于进一步完善与乡村社会治理相关法律、加大财政支持、加强民主监督机制、继续创新多元化社会治理机制、挖掘乡村社会内部治理资源、制定优惠政策鼓励和引导青年人才加入乡村社会治理等工作内容.
