高等职业教育校企合作的法律保障研究--以旅游管理专业为例

摘要

College-enterprise cooperation is a necessary way to implement higher vocational educa-tion. Take tourism management as an example ,there are many problems in college-enterprise coopera-tion in China,such as colleges’ incapability in cooperating and short-term cooperation. The cooperation dilemma is deeply analyzed from the theocratic perspective of economics ,sociology and law. China should improve the related legal system in order to activate colleges ’ capability in cooperation ,stimulate enterprises’ cooperative motivation,and lubricate the process of college-enterprise cooperation.%校企合作是实施高等职业教育的必由之路。以旅游管理专业为例，当前我国的校企合作存在学校合作不能、合作时间不长等诸多问题。从经济学、社会学、法学等理论角度对合作困境进行深入剖析，我国需要完善相关法律制度，以“激活”学校的合作能力，“激发”企业的合作动力，“润滑”校企的合作过程。
