农村中小学教师职业压力、职业倦怠与社会支持的实证研究∗

         

摘要

This paper aims to explore the relationship among the rural teachers’working pressure,j ob-burnout and social support.Questionnaires about work pressure,job-burnout and social support were given to 652 rural teachers.The results indicate the following findings.(1)The working pressure and job burnout among rural teachers are generally serious and the level of social support was higher. (2)There are significant differences of work pressure,job burnout and social support between differ-ent groups of rural teachers.(3)The work pressure positively relate to job burnout while social sup-port negatively relate to both.(4)The pressure of professional development and teaching predict job burnout directly and the subj ective support and support availability play a mediation role between the working pressure and job burnout.%采用职业压力问卷、职业倦怠量表和社会支持量表对652名农村中小学教师展开调查,结果发现:(1)当前农村教师的职业压力较大,职业倦怠中等程度,社会支持较好;(2)不同群体的农村中小学教师在职业倦怠、职业压力和社会支持方面均有显著差异;(3)农村中小学教师的职业倦怠与职业压力呈显著的正相关关系,而社会支持与前二者呈显著的负相关关系;(4)教学压力、工作本身压力和职业发展压力直接预测教师职业倦怠的程度,农村教师的主观支持和支持利用度在职业压力与职业倦怠之间发挥了部分中介作用。
