固相萃取结合高效液相制备茶树没食子酸衍生物

         

摘要

没食子酸衍生物是茶树酚酸中的主要成分,是茶汤中重要的鲜味增强剂,具有抗过敏、抗抑郁和增强认知能力等作用.利用固相萃取(solid-phase extraction,SPE)结合制备高效液相色谱(preparative high performance liquid chromatography,PHPLC),从茶树鲜叶中分离制备出高纯度的3-O-没食子酰奎尼酸和β-D-没食子酰葡萄糖,并利用LC/TOF-ESI-MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR对它们的结构进行了鉴定.该方法操作简单、纯化效果好.%Gallic acid derivatives are the chief compounds of phenolic acid in tea. They are important rnumami-enhancing compounds in tea beverage, and possess the effects of inhibiting IgE producton, enhancing rncognition-anting depressant. A reversed-phase PHPLC coupled with SPE was developed to purify and to prepare high rnpurity 3-0-galloyquinic acid and p-D-glucogalline from fresh tea leaves. The obtained fractions were successfully rnidentified by LC/TOF-ESI-MS, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR. This method is simple, effective for the preparation of gallic rnacid derivatives.
