云环境下基于商务智能技术的数字图书馆决策支持研究

目前数字图书馆已进入云计算时代，随之而来的是图书馆产生了海量的数据资源和信息。通过具体实例介绍如何利用商务智能技术中数据仓库、联机分析处理和数据挖掘等技术来实现数字图书馆中数据的收集、处理、分析及预测等，为图书馆的各种服务决策提供支持。%The digital library has entered the era of cloud computing, followed by the library produced huge amounts of data resources and information. This article introduced how to use business intelligence technology of data warehouse, on-line analytical processing and data mining technology to realize the data processing, analysis, model building and forecasting, etc. by specific examples in the digital library to support for the decision of all kinds of library services.
