响应面优化镉离子印迹材料对废水中镉的吸附

         

摘要

采用反相乳液法制备镉离子印迹聚合物用于去除废水中的镉Cd(Ⅱ)离子,采用Box-Behnken实验设计响应面分析法,以镉离子印迹聚合物的吸附量为响应值,对吸附时间、吸附温度和溶液pH值等参数进行实验设计得到响应面模型.结果表明:对模型进行方差分析得到的F值和R 2值分别是15.56和0.9524,二项式回归方程能够很好地反映和预测本实验所得到的结果;吸附时间、吸附温度和溶液pH对的镉离子印迹聚合物吸附量的影响显著,其影响顺序是由大到小分别为吸附时间,pH,吸附温度.%Cadmium ion imprinted polymers were prepared by using inverse emulsion method and used to remove Cd(Ⅱ)from aqueous solution.Response surface method of Box-Behnken de-sign was applied with the adsorption capacity of cadmium ion imprinted polymers as the response value,adsorption time,temperature and pH as parameters.Results suggest that the values of F and R 2 obtained from the analysis of variance model are 15.56 and 0.9524,respectively.It is concluded that binomial regression equation can well reflect and predict the results obtained in this experiment;Adsorption time,temperature and pH have significant impact on the adsorption capacity of cadmium ion imprinted polymers,with a decreasing sequence of adsorption time,pH, and temperature.
