柔性支承下风力机系统建模及轴承振动分析

         

摘要

Integrating the disciplines of flexible multi-body dynamics,high-dimensional nonlinear dynamics and tri-bology ,the coupled dynamics model of wind turbine based on flexible supporting was established under the extreme load cases,and the dynamical characteristic of bearing under friction and different rotate speed were analyzed. The results show that the damp has great affection on vibration of y axis,the damp should be picked in a reasonable scale;the rolling element has weak vibration when slipping under low rolling speed,it is opposite under high speed. The results provide certain theoretical basis.%融合柔性多体动力学、高维非线性动力学及摩擦学等理论知识,建立了极端载荷下基于柔性支承的风力机传动系统-塔架耦合动力学模型,并分析了打滑区域摩擦力、内圈转速等激励对轴承振动特性的影响。结果表明:阻尼对y方向上振动影响较大,为避免共振,阻尼的选取应该在合理的范围内;内圈转速较低时滚动体在打滑时的振动较微弱,分布较散,高速下则相反。结论为风力机轴承设计提供了一定的理论依据。
