对当前知识产权服务业发展现状的思考

Relative to the developed countries intellectual property services have been the constraints of the intellectual property industry, one reason is the shortage of innovation of culture and the awareness of fights, and the lack of system and professional talents is also one of the reasons. Only start from the intellectual property rights culture, human resources, mechanisms to achieve the purpose of the sustainable development of inteUectual property services.%相对于发达国家我国的知识产权服务业已成为制约知识产权产业的短板。其原因既在于创新文化、权利意识的浅薄,也在于制度的缺失、人才的匮乏。只有从知识产权文化、人才、机制入手才能达到使知识产权服务业持续发展的目的。
