层次分析法（AHP）在地方院校毕业生就业选择上的应用

摘要

近年来，高校毕业生的就业问题已成为社会各界关注的焦点，一些地方院校的就业压力之重更是不言而喻。本文首先简单介绍了层次分析法，并运用层次分析法（ Analytic Hierarchy Process 简称AHP）来分析大学生对所提供的工作的满意程度，并进一步分析影响大学生就业选择的因素，并针对性的提出了对策与建议。%Nowadays, the employment of university graduates is becoming a focus of the whole society . Especially obvious , the local colleges feel the serious pressure .At first, we introduce the analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) , then we use the AHP to analyze the college students'satisfaction to job providing , and further analyze the influencing factors of college students'employment options .At last , the corresponding counter-measures and suggestions are put forward .
