萨乔万尼学校道德领导思想理论探析

摘要

萨乔万尼的学校道德领导思想在当今教育管理学界有重要的影响。道德领导思想的主要观点是：价值问题是学校领导的根本问题，道德权威是学校领导的核心权威；情感、价值、信念是人类重要的动机规则；教育领导者要善于寻找“领导的替身”，促进组织成员成为价值理念的信奉者、价值目的的服务者。萨乔万尼的学校道德领导思想也有其局限性，主观主义学派的观点缺乏更有力的实证依据。借鉴萨乔万尼的学校道德领导思想，在当代教育管理中，教育领导者要善于引领员工的价值信念，建设学校学习共同体，作为“管家”通过支持服务来进行领导，推进学校“以法治校”和“以德治校”相结合。%Thomas J. The main point of Moral Leadership is:Value is the essential issues of school leadership, and moral authority is the core authority of school leadership;Emotions, beliefs and values are important incentive resources;Leaders should be good at finding a“substitute”to promote members becoming believers and servant for concepts. Drawing on the moral leadership,educational leaders should be good at leading the value of employees, building up learning community in schools, being an"housekeeper"by supporting others, and having school management combining both law and morality.
