论绿色发展理念与高效生态农业

摘要

The scientific connotation and spiritual essence of green development are to promote the harmonious development of man and nature as the value orientation,seeking coordination development of industry economy and environmental protection as the main principle,achieve a win-win situation of economic and society developments and ecological civilization construction.To focus on the develop-ment of efficient ecological agriculture,we must firmly establish the concept of scientific development, build technical support and industrial development system.It is necessary to take the structural reform of the agricultural supply side as the main line,take the market consumption demand and green devel-opment as the orientation,and take the mode of operation reform and the mechanism innovation as the driving force.And then explore and create a productive,efficient,product safety,resource conserva-tion,environment-friendly agricultural modernization of the road of sustainable development.This pa-per puts forward green development concept in leading efficient ecological agriculture development,an-alyzes the main content and significance, elaborates the practice experience and enlightenment and, proposes development ideas and countermeasures.%绿色发展的科学内涵与精神实质,就是要把促进人与自然和谐发展作为价值取向,寻求产业经济与环境保护的统筹协调发展为主要原则,实现经济社会与生态文明建设双赢的目标.要着力发展高效生态农业,必须树立与贯彻绿色发展理念,构建生产经营、技术保障与产业开发体系;必须深化农业供给侧结构性改革,以绿色发展引领农业生产与市场消费需求;必须以机制创新为动力,带动传统农业经营方式转型升级,进而探索并创立产出高效、产品安全、资源节约、环境友好的农业现代化的持续发展道路.本文结合乡村社会经济发展实际,提出以绿色发展理念引领高效生态农业发展的观点,分析了主要内涵与意义,阐述了实践经验与启示,提出了发展思路与对策.
