社团导师制的理论与实践探讨

         

摘要

Tutor system is beneficial to student associations , university ideological and political education as well as education for all -around development.Misunderstanding , unsound systems and lack of resources result in a predicament that tutors are far from enough and guidance from existed tutors is lack of actual effect.In order to go out from the predicament , tutor system is strongly suggested.To achieve this goal , supporting policies should be formulated.Specifically , it is vital to build two-way appointment system , scientific assess-ment system , effective incentive system , long-term training system etc.%社团导师制有利于学生社团健康长远发展、深化学生思想政治教育和推进学生素质教育。各方认识存偏差、制度安排不健全、资源条件欠保障致使社团导师制存在导师数量不足、导师指导不力、导师指导欠缺实效等现时困境。为走出困境促进社团导师制发展,要加强国家配套政策建设,加大社团导师制宣传力度,建立双向选择的聘用机制,设置科学合理的考核机制,形成有效的激励约束机制,建立健全长效的培训机制,创新资源条件的实现机制。
