Aiming at the present situation in the textile enterprise, which is production data in existing management information systems been isolated and cannot be common, and business data cannot be shared, through using .NET layered architecture, a more general integrated production management platform oriented to the textile enterprise was constructed. Then, using object-oriented programming method, many management information systems and monitoring systems within the enterprise were effectively integrated, and production data information was shared. Meanwhile, using NET Framework, TCP/IP, DLL dynamic link library technology, three technical difficulties encountered in the design process were designed in detail, which include network management, data sharing interface and system data backup strategy. As verified by the application results, the successful application of the system, made the network of overall production management process of the textile enterprise be achieved, and the problem of production data isolation and poor sharing during the production management process of the textile enterprise be effectively solved.%针对现有纺织企业管理信息系统中数据孤立、不能通用,以及业务数据不能共享的现状,利用.NET分层架构,构建了一个面向纺织企业的较通用的生产集成化管理信息平台,并采用面向对象的程序设计方法,对企业内部的信息系统、监测系统等进行有效集成,实现了信息共享.同时,利用.NET Framework,TCP/1P,DLL动态链接库等技术,对设计过程中遇到的3个技术难点,即网络管理、数据接口开发、系统数据备份策略进行了详细设计.结果表明,系统的成功应用,实现了纺织企业整个生产管理过程的网络化,有效解决了企业在生产管理过程中数据孤立、共享性差的问题.
