对现行机动车驾驶人交通违法行为累积记分制度的思考

摘要

This paper expounds the evolution deve lopment , the current situation of traffic safety man-agement and the positive role on traffic safety management for the accumulative score system of the motor ve-hicle drivers; combining with the reality of road traffic safety management in Sichuan, this paper also ana-lyzes the main problems which are worthy of attention and research, exposed in implementation of the accu-mulative score system and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the further improvement and giving full pay to the road traffic safety management.%本文对机动车驾驶人交通违法累积记分制在我国交通安全管理实践中的沿革、发展和现状及其对交通安全管理的积极作用进行了阐述。结合四川道路交通安全管理实际，对累积记分制在实施中暴露出的、值得关注和研究的主要问题进行了剖析。对进一步改进累积记分制、充分发挥其对于道路交通安全管理的作用，提出了对策建议。
