探析朋辈心理辅导体系在高校的构建

朋辈心理辅导是非专业者为周围需要心理帮助的朋友，同学提供心理上的支持帮助，使其走出心理困境，排除心理危机的一种心理咨询方式，朋辈心理辅导近几年来已经成为高校心理辅导的重要环节之一。在实际工作中，朋辈心理辅导的优势日渐显著。构建合理，可行的朋辈心理辅导体系，将有利于更好的维护大学生心理健康，促进高校心理健康教育的发展。%Peer-counseling is a model by which non -professional persons can provide psychological counseling for those who need psychological help , and help them overcome the problem , eliminating the psychological crisis in particular .Also, peer-counseling has become an important model of psychologi-cal counseling system in many universities , and the merits of this model have shown obviously .There-fore, to construct a kind of reasonable , actionable peer-counseling system in universities will benefit to the psychological health and education of the undergraduates .
