“新农保”对中国农村土地流转的影响--基于CHARLS2013数据的实证研究

摘要

土地流转是当今农业生产经营中的重要问题。分析2013年中国健康与养老追踪调查（CHARLS2013）的大型微观调查数据，利用回归结果得出：“新农保”作为养老保险的代表对中国农村土地流转产生了积极的影响。应建立健全社会保险体系从而减少农民流转土地的后顾之忧，为土地向单纯的生产资料过渡创造条件。%Agricultural land is one of the main factors of production.This article adopts large microeco-nomic survey data from 2013 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS2013).Also, it with the regression results proves that"New Rural Insurance", as a representative of the pension insur-ance, has a positive impact on China rural land circulation, and brings forward policy suggestions on how to improve land system:establishing a sound insurance system to reduce the worries of farmers to transfer land and create the conditions to change land into simple means of production.
