建立和试行农村土地流转机制中的问题探讨

摘要

分析了建立农村土地流转机制的必要性，阐述了试行农村土地流转机制的现实意义及其存在的主要问题。提出了建立合理的农村土地流转机制应遵循的基本原则和采取的相应对策。%The paper firstly analyzes the necessity of constituting the mechanism of land moving in country, secondly expounds both the true-significance of trying out the mechanism of land moving in the countryside and the main issues, finally provids the basic principles followed by constituting reasonable mechanism of land moving in the countryside and the corresponding countermeasures.
