行动导向教学法实施过程中存在的问题及对策--基于湖北工业职业技术学院的教改实践

         

摘要

There exist some problems in the implementation of action oriented teaching method, such as, the activities teacher de⁃signs have little connection with the course contents, classroom teaching is out of teacher’ s control, and only a few students act ac⁃cording to the teacher’ s request. In order to solve these problems, the author puts forward three countermeasures, namely, insisting on promoting teaching reform, strengthening overall planning and research of the specialty teaching reform of the department, and improving teachers’ professional practice ability and higher vocational education teaching ability.%行动的导向教学法的实施过程中出现了教师设计的活动与课程内容联系不紧密、课涣散、只有少数学生在行动的问题。针对这些问题,笔者提出了三个方面的对策:坚持推进教学改革;加强系部及专业层面教学改革的整体规划和研讨;教师努力提高自身的专业实践能力和高职教育教学能力。
