产教深度融合是现代职业教育体系发展的必然要求。目前的产教融合政策缺乏互利共赢，没有专门的监督管理部门实施，存在可操作性欠缺、激励不足等问题，造成产教融合较为困难。为此，应完善高职教育产教融合的政策体系，出台切实可行的互利共赢政策，加强协调监管，形成以政府为主导，高职院校为主体，行业企业深度参与产教融合的发展格局，培养出企业发展需要的应用型人才，使高职教育为产业发展服务。%The deep integration of production and education is the necessary requirement of the development of modern vocational education system. At present,the integration of production and education policy is lack of mutual benefit and win-win mechanism,lack of specialized supervision and management departments,lack of maneuverability and motivation,which result in many difficulties in the integration of production and education. Therefore ,the policy system of the integration of production and education must be improved,feasible win-win policy be issued,coordination and supervision be strengthened,to form the development pattern led by the government with higher vocational colleges taking the main role and industry and enterprises deeply participating in the integration of production and education ,so as to cultivate applied talents to needs of the enterprises development and to make higher vocational education better serve the industrial development.
