连接件不对中对轴系回旋振动的影响特性研究

         

摘要

船舶推进轴系是船舶动力装置的重要组成部分,在航行过程中会受到多种复杂载荷的作用。文章基于轴心与质心的相对位置关系,推导了连接件不对中所导致的不平衡力,以及轴系回旋振动的受迫响应振幅数学模型。分别以转子轴系试验台及某船轴系为对象,进行了仿真计算与试验测试。计算结果表明:连接件不对中使轴系振动响应振幅提高,具有较为明显的影响。%Propulsion shaft, which is absorbing various loads in navigation, is significant in marine power plant. Based on the position relationship of shaft centerline and mass center, this paper derived unbalance force formula with coupling misalignment. Mathematical model of forced whirling vibration response magni-tude is established. Simulation calculation is carried out on a test bench and a ship’s shafting, experiment as well as test is also included. The result shows that coupling misalignment has effect on shaft vibration re-sponse magnitude.
