船舶辅机单层半主动非线性隔振系统振动特性分析

         

摘要

This paper proposes a correction Bingham model for describing MR damper by experimental data.The primary resonance reduction in an auxiliary mono-layer semi-active isolation system is investigated.An analytical solution for the auxiliary mono-layer semi-active isolation system's primary resonance is obtained,which is verified by numerical solution with Simulink.The effect of model parameters on the system's primary resonance is studied.The research results show that the damping of MRD and the control force have a significant effect on amplitude-frequency response in the resonance region.The amplitude-frequency response of the mono-layer semi-active isolation system is decreased with the increase of the damping of MRD and control force.Yet the damping,control force and speed contribute very little to amplitude-frequency response change.%文章针对磁流变阻尼器提出了一个简单的修正Bingham模型.基于修正Bingham模型建立了船舶单层隔振系统的非线性动力学方程,通过平均法得到了半主动隔振系统发生主共振时的理论解,并进行了数值验证.结果表明:采用平均法得到的理论解和数值解有很好的一致性;在主共振区:磁流变阻尼器的阻尼和控制力对半主动隔振系统的幅频响应影响都很明显.半主动隔振系统的幅频响应振幅随着阻尼和控制力的增加都显著减小.在非共振区:磁流变阻尼器的阻尼、控制力和零力速度对系统的响应影响都很小.
