Researches of the axial vibration control of propulsion shaft are carried out. A method of exploit-ing the shear modulus characteristic of MREs to realize the effective vibration control of the propulsion shaft under variable operating conditions is developed and presented in detail. MRE-based dynamic vibra-tion absorber is processed and its natural frequency-shift performance is tested. Moreover, the influence law of natural frequency of dynamic vibration absorber based on MREs is also studied, which has directive significance for the engineering design and application of the vibration control in ship shaft.%文章针对船舶推进轴系纵振的振动控制进行了研究,结合磁流变弹性体结构特点,通过利用磁流变弹性体的剪切模量可调特性提出一种新型船用磁流变弹性体动力吸振器的思想,实现变转速工况下对船舶轴系纵向振动的有效控制.加工装配出相应的动力吸振器,对其进行移频特性试验测试,并对磁流变弹性体动力吸振器固有频率的影响规律进行了研究,可为船舶轴系振动控制提供理论和工程依据.
