暗挖电缆隧道四通竖井结构稳定性研究

         

摘要

研究暗挖过程中竖井的稳定性,以四通竖井工程为背景,采用midas GTS NX有限元软件对真实施工过程进行了数值模拟,并对超前小导管注浆措施进行论证,对比分析了土体变形规律、喷射混凝土应力变化,并得出了注浆加固措施的影响效果,认为超前注浆加固是必需的施工步骤.将实际施工过程的模拟结果与现场监测数据进行了对比分析,验证了数值模拟的可行性.结果表明:注浆与否对竖井的地表沉降范围影响不大,但对沉降值影响较大;注浆与否对坑底隆起值影响甚微,空间效应明显;水平位移的最大值出现在竖井底部,注浆与否对水平位移有明显影响;马头门附近的喷射混凝土应力变化显著,需要进行补强措施,为类似工程提供借鉴.%In order to study the stability of vertical shaft structure in the process of mining,based on the four-way branch vertical shaft construction,the real construction process is simulated in three dimensional numerical simulation by means of midas GTS NX finite software,and the advanced small pipe grouting measure is demonstrated,the soil deformation law and the stress of shotcrete of vertical shaft are compared,obtaining the effect of the grouting reinforcement measures,considering that the advance grouting reinforcement is necessary.The feasibility of numerical simulation is verified by comparing FEM results and in-situ monitoring.The results show that:1.Grouting or not grouting has little influence on the ground settlement scope of the shaft,but it has a great effect on the sedimentation value;2.Grouting or not has little influence on the uplift value of the pit bottom,which means its space effect is obvious;3.The maximum value of horizontal displacement appears at the bottom of the shaft,and grouting or not has huge influence on it;4.The stress of shotcrete near the ingate changes significantly,and requires reinforcing measures.The research result may serve as a reference for similar engineering.
