压力容器材料劣化现象分析及处理对策

摘要

根据2003年加氢精制脱硫设备某一筒节外壁示温漆的变化情况,对容器材料劣化现象及原因进行分析,并在分析的基础上提出相应的处理对策。为保证压力容器的安全使用提供依据。%According to the variation of the thermopaint on the outer wall of certain cylinder of a hydrofining desulfurization equipment in 2003,this paper analyzes the phenomenon and reasons of the degradation of vessel materials,and provides some countermeasures to the problem,which will offer some reference for the assurance of safety when using the pressure vessels.
