This paper focused on "bottleneck" identifying problem which is the core step of Workshop Production Scheduling based on Optimized Production Technology (OPT). Analyzed OPT's characteristics and described "bottleneck" resource. The author computed working centers' loading rate through algorithm, then identified "bottleneck" working center. Used software engineering methods and IT technology to realize the "bottleneck" identifying module at last. This work has theoretical value and practical significance for solving workshop production schedule's "bottleneck" identifying problem based on OPT.%围绕基于OPT的车间作业计划中的核心问题--瓶颈识别问题,分析了OPT的特点,描述了瓶颈资源,通过算法计算工作中心的负荷率,进而识别了瓶颈工作中心.并运用软件工程的方法和IT技术实现了瓶颈识别模块.研究成果对于解决基于OPT的车间作业计划中的瓶颈识别问题具有理论价值和实际意义.
