低温和高温对双斑蟋卵发育的影响

         

摘要

为了从组织胚胎学角度探究温度对昆虫胚胎发育过程的影响,本研究以双斑蟋(Gryllus bimaculatus)的卵为研究对象,通过使用显微镜观察、记录双斑蟋胚胎发育期在正常27±2℃、高温40℃、低温15~20℃时分别每日胚胎发育的形态变化及发育过程,研究了低温和高温对温双斑蟋胚胎发育的影响.研究结果表明,正常27±2℃经历14d,双斑蟋的头部、触角、三对足、尾部、腹部及背部都发育完.高温条件下,在第8d时,幼体破膜而出.低温条件下,到第14d时卵只发育到囊胚期.%This study investigated histologially and embryologically the development of cricket(Gryllus bimaculatus) eggs. The eggs were incubated at normal temperature of 27±2℃, high temperature of 40℃, and low temperature of 18℃ respectively, and observed and recorded under microscope. Results showed that the organs including head, antennate, three pairs of feet, tail, as well as stomach and back were fully developed after 14d at normal temperature. Howerver, the larvag grow out the membrane after 8d at the high temperature, and only the gastrula stage after 14d at the low temperature were observed.
