CMMI在网络安全项目管理中的应用

摘要

In the network security of a late start in project management, the security, product development processes, standards and project management are far from perfect. CMMI project, as a part of software management, support the large complex product development processes, and the successful practice in other industries and applications, lead to national security and network security products development and application of unit's attention. In this paper, follow the national norms on the basis of security products, network security organization in the application of project management, CMMI, process capability improvement according CodeReview data collected before and after a comprehensive analysis, reflects the effect of process improvement. So it improves R & D efficiency, standardize development process, reduce development costs and enhance the quality of the outcome of security products. For enhance the quality of products for network security it is of great significance.%我国在网络安全项目管理方面起步较晚,安全产品开发流程、标准和项目管理方法还很不完善.CMMI作为软件管理工程的一个部分,支持复杂大型产品开发过程,在其他行业的成功实践和应用,引起国家安全部门及网络安全产品开发应用单位的注意.在遵循国内安全产品规范的基础上,在网络安全组织项目管理中应用CMMI,根据CodeReview过程能力改进前后采集到的数据进行综合分析,体现过程改进的效果.能够提高研发效率,规范研发流程,降低研发成本,提升安全产品成果的质量.对于提升网络安全产品质量具有重大意义.
