普鲁士蓝复合电极的制备及其对H2O2的检测

         

摘要

实验采用化学方法,在FeCl3、K3[Fe(CN)6]和吡咯(Py)共存的混合溶液中,通过Fe3+引发吡咯单体聚合,同时,利用被还原的Fe2+和[Fe(CN)6]3-反应生成普鲁士蓝(PB)的反应原理,成功制备了普鲁士蓝-聚吡咯(PB-Ppy)复合物.将上述复合物制备成悬浮液,并滴涂制备了PB-Ppy电极.为了进一步提高电极对H2O2响应的灵敏度,在电极的构筑中引入了MWNTs,制备了PB-Ppy/MWNTs电极.在此基础上,使用微分脉冲伏安(DPV)方法研究了PB-Ppy/MWNTs电极对H2O2的电化学响应.研究表明,PB-Ppy/MWNTs电极对H2O2 在25.2~50.4μmol/L低浓度与在175~1400μmol/L高浓度的范围内具有良好的线性响应.%Prussian Blue-polypyrrole (PB-Ppy) composite has been successfully prepared by chemical modification method.In this method, pyrrole monomer polymerizes with Ppy trigging by Fe3+ which is reduced to Fe2+.The resulted Fe2+ reacts with[Fe(CN)6]3-and forms PB.In order to further improve the sensitivity of the electrode response to H2O2, MWNTs was used to prepare the PB-Ppy/MWNTs electrode.The PB-Ppy/MWNTs modified electrode was then prepared by drop coating method.Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) technique was applied to study the electrochemical response of PB-Ppy/MWNTs electrode to H2O2.The experimental results show that the PB-Ppy/MWNTs electrode has a good linear response for H2O2 in range of 25.2~50.4μmol/L and in 175~1400μmol/L.
