混凝土中砂浆-骨料界面粘结滑移性能试验

         

摘要

This paper is aiming to investigate the bond slip property of concrete under loading, and a new experiment method is proposed. The optical fiber sensors were used to measure the strains of mortar and aggregate, the advantage is that two optical fiber sensors in the mortar and aggregate can nestle closely. Experimental result shows the relative slip in the compression test is larger than the tensile test. Through the comparison, it is shown that the results obtained by the optical fiber sensor are more accurate than that obtained by the traditional sensor. Based on the experimental data,the bond slip model between mortar and aggregate is established. It provides a convenient and effective analysis model for the numerical simulations.%目的 研究混凝土试件受力过程中砂浆与骨料间的粘结滑移特性,为数值模拟提供方便有效的分析模型.方法 在含骨料的砂浆试件中,采用骨料上贴光纤及砂浆中埋放光纤的试验方法,测量试件加载直至破坏过程中骨料的应变、砂浆的应变及两者间的相对粘结滑移量.结果 试件在受力过程中,砂浆-骨料间存在明显的粘结滑移现象,单轴受压试验中的滑移量远大于单轴受拉试验.采用光纤传感器测量的试验数据比传统传感器的测量结果更加准确稳定.结论 基于试验数据,对砂浆-骨料界面的荷载-应变关系进行分析后推导得到砂浆-骨料界面的粘结滑移关系.根据粘结滑移关系的基本特征,提出砂浆-骨料界面粘结滑移本构关系的简化模型.
