便携式苹果品质快速无损检测系统设计

         

摘要

In order to detect soluble solid content (SSC) of apple,the portable system for nondestructive detection of apple Quality was developed based on embedded system and Visible/near infrared spectrum detection technology. Humanized software system that could output the soluble solids content value of apple to the LCD touch screen was designed with processor as controller, halogen lamp source and USB2000+ Visible/near infrared spectrometer as spectrum detector using VS2005 programming tool in the WinCE6.0 system embedded ARM11.The Hanfu apples was regarded as object of study. The data of the visible /near infrared spectra of the samples were collected. Different spectral pretreatment methods, including smoothing, multiplicative scatter correction (MSC) and two order differential method were performed. Selecting 1231 wavelength points in the ranged of 485.01-900.71nm to establish partial least squares (PLS) models that could detect SSC of Hanfu apple. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (R2) is 0.9852, root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP, 0.0958) is less than root mean square error of correction (RMSEC,0.1172) and deviation value is -0.0133, the Absolute deviation plot of SSC residual error in testing samples less 0.15 (zero point one five), is very small, meet the need of fruit and vegetable detect. Meanwhile, the different varieties of agricultural products, soluble solids content (SSC), acidity, color (L*, A*, B*) model that obtained from studies tested can introduced into the detection system, achieve the target that different varieties of agricultural products many quality parameters simultaneously detect.%为可移动、快速、便携的利用可见/近红外光谱技术检测苹果糖度,基于嵌入式系统和可见/近红外光谱检测技术,开发了便携式苹果品质快速无损检测系统.以ARM11处理器为核心,以卤素灯光源和USB2000+可见/近红外光谱仪为光谱检测平台,在ARM11内嵌的WinCE6.0系统上,采用VS2005编程工具,设计出人性化的软件系统,并实现苹果的糖度值输出到LCD触摸屏上.以寒富苹果样本作为研究的对象,采集寒富苹果样本的可见/近红外光谱数据值,采取二阶微分、多元散射校正、平滑等方法对光谱进行预处理,选取485.01~900.71nm共1231个波长点建立寒富苹果糖度的偏最小二乘数学模型,预测模型决定系数R2=0.9852,预测均方根误差RMSEP(0.0958)<校正均方根误差RMSEC(0.1172),偏差值Bias=-0.0133.经过试验验证,绝大多数样本的预测值和测量值的绝对偏差值均在0.15以内,绝对偏差值很小,表明该监测检测系统能比较好地满足苹果糖度的快速无损检测要求,实现可便携的苹果糖度的快速无损检测,对寒富苹果产中和产后的管理提供依据.同时,该检测系统可以将经过试验研究得到的不同品种的果蔬糖度、酸度、色度(L*,A*,B*)模型导入该检测系统,实现不同品种果蔬多品质参数的同时检测.
