绍兴应对国际金融危机的实践与启示

The international financial crisis in 2008-2009 has a tremendous impact on China＇s economy.As a city with a high dependence on foreign trade,Shaoxing City was heavily attacked by the financial crisis and suffered the most severe economic difficulties since China＇s policy of reform and opening up.In spite of this,Shaoxing City timely and scientifically judged the situation,seized the opportunity of transforming and upgrading its main enterprises,went out of way to evade risks,and enhanced the economic development power,leading to the economic stability and re-development.%2008年至2009年的国际金融危机对中国经济造成巨大冲击。作为外贸依存度很高的城市,绍兴市受金融危机的冲击尤其剧烈,遭遇自改革开放以来经济最困难的局面。但是绍兴市科学研判形势,抓住转型升级的主线,着力化解企业风险,增强经济发展动力,实现了经济的企稳回升
