“三位一体”协同培养卓越小学英语教师

         

摘要

实施卓越教师培养计划,建立高校与地方政府、中小学“三位一体”协同培养新机制,是当前教师培养模式改革的热点。在讨论卓越教师内涵的基础上,以英语教育专业为例,提出了卓越小学英语教师培养教学改革具体措施,以期对卓越小学教师培养的教学改革提供些许启示。%It is a current focus of the reform of teacher training mode to initiate a good teacher cultivation project and to establish a co-cultivating model of a trinity of the college concerned, local government and primary and high schools. Based on the definition of a good teacher, this paper explores some practical measures of cultivating good teachers via the practice of English education in the hope of providing some suggestions for the teaching reform of good teacher training practice.
