新形势下理工科高校研究生党建工作创新研究

摘要

According to the current situation of graduates ’ cultivation in science and engineering university, this paper analyzed the predicaments of party construction and found that graduates, who is a member of the Communist Party, have a psychological gap of love affairs, wage income and social status, compared with em-ployed peer. They have more complicated and diversified psychological need to group living than undergraduates. The graduates management shouldn’t be imposed with "one size fits all" way. And the arrangement and enrich-ment of education content are more important than the innovation of form. Therefore, it is necessary for science and engineering university to innovate ideological and political education method, construct quality promotion platform, improve internal management, optimize Party branch function, make tutor as an important role in grad-uates’ Party construction.%根据现阶段理工科高校研究生培养教育的现状，结合研究生的实际情况，分析理工科高校研究生党建工作中存在的问题。理工科高校应努力创新思政教育工作方法，构建提升党员素质平台，健全支部内部管理，完善支部管理职能，发挥导师在研究生党建工作中的影响力。
