思想政治教育者的角色转型研究——以'社会学想象力'为视角

         

摘要

In traditional centralized societies with high degree of integration, ideological and political educators are working as authorities, teachers and guides. These leading roles result in imbalance between educators and receivers, leading to unsatisfying effects of ideological and political education. The three dimensions provided in sociological imagination including social structure, social situation and man, in which sociologists consider social problems, work as theoretical bases for the transformation of the educators' roles. Taking the three dimensions as bases, we should grasp the feature that China is now transforming from a centralized society with high degree of integration into a democratic and diversified society. As a result, the educators can change their previous leading roles and make the roles adjust to social development, and transform into guiding, professional, and active roles.%在高度集中的一元化传统社会中,思想政治教育者扮演着权威者、灌输者和教导者的角色,这些高高在上的角色导致了教育者与受教育者之间的不平等地位,致使思想政治教育无法取得良好的效果."社会学想象力"提供的社会科学家思考社会问题的三个维度——社会结构、社会情境和人,为思想政治教育者角色转型提供了理论依据.从这三个维度出发,抓住当代中国由高度集中的一元化社会向民主型的多元化社会转变的特征,可以改变居高临下的思想政治教育角色,使思想政治教育者角色适应社会发展,向引导型、专业型、主动型的角色转变.
