镉对果绳生长发育的影响研究

         

摘要

The effects of CdCl2 media on the emergence and life period of Drosophila melanogaster under the experimental incubation was stu died.The results show that the rate of emergence from egg to adult is slower,and the population of their filial generation is clearly lower than in control medi a.Both they were gradually decreased along with the increased concentration of C dCl2 in the media.Furthermore,the mean lifespan of Dr.melanogaster was sho rter when incubated in CdCl2media,but sex ratio is normal.The experimental re sults suggest that Cd is toxic to emergence and the life.%以三种不同品系果蝇为材料,观察氯化镉染毒(浓 度分别为0μg/ml,5μg/ml,10μg/ml,20μg/ml,40μg/ml)对果蝇子代发生量,发育速 度及平均寿命的影响。结果表 明:镉染毒能够减少同期内果蝇子代发生量,随着镉浓度增高,子代发育速度延缓并伴随着 发生量逐渐减少,成虫的平均寿命相应缩短。子代成虫雌雄比保持1∶1。实验结果提示:镉 染毒能够干扰果蝇的生殖发育,并能缩短果蝇的寿命。
